Is recreational cannabis legal in Hayti, Missouri?

Sure is. Missouri voters approved recreational cannabis in November 2022, and sales kicked off in early 2023. If you’re 21 or older with a valid ID, you’re good to go.

Nope. We serve both recreational customers (21+) and medical patients. If you do have a Missouri medical cannabis card, you may qualify for additional product options and tax savings.
Absolutely. As long as you’re 21+ with a valid government-issued ID, you can purchase recreational cannabis in Missouri regardless of what state you live in. We see visitors from Dyersburg, Memphis, Union City, and beyond.
Cash and debit cards. Due to federal banking regulations, credit cards aren’t accepted at cannabis dispensaries. We have an ATM on-site for your convenience.
